Lamond Contracting is a Landscape and Civil Construction company providing a diverse range of Civil, Landscape & Horticultural Services to Government, Local Councils, Schools and Developers throughout NSW. With our Head Office located in Wilton, in the heart of South Western Sydney, it offers a great place to work and build a successful career.

Due to an increase in the Company activities and new business growth, an opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable, focused and motivated individual to fill the role within our Team.


Responsibilities

* Providing administrative support to the Director, Senior Project Manager and other members of the team
* Reception
* Retail Sales support in our new retail yard
* Assisting in administrative tasks & projects for daily company operation
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong initiative and self‑motivation
* Well‑developed verbal and written communication skills
* Punctual and Reliable
* Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously


Requirements

* Minimum of 3‑5 years of administrative experience required
* Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
* Australian work rights are essential for this position
* Knowledge of the landscape & civil industry

This role will work closely with the Senior Staff.

Rate will be commensurate with experience and skill.

This is a full time position, hours would be Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
