Position: Restaurant Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone confident in their skills, yet humble and collaborative—able to work closely with the General Manager, take direction, and implement operational standards consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
* Lead by example on the floor while remaining open to guidance and feedback
* Effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Ensure smooth FOH and bar operations during service
* Maintain high standards of customer service and team communication
* Uphold workplace health and safety practices at all times
* Follows, Implements and Maintains FOH Procedures effectively and consistently
* Confident in delegating tasks

About You:
* Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
* Able to handle feedback / constructive criticism and take direction from management
* Certified in Workplace Health and Safety
* Strong multitasking and organisational skills
* Confident working both Front of House and Bar
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Team-oriented, respectful, and willing to follow direction
* Reliable, proactive, and professional in presentation and attitude
* Greeting and seating guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
* Taking orders, serving food & drinks, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience
* Mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
* Keeping the bar and front-of-house areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked
* Handling payments and using POS systems confidently
* Using a booking system to mark off and to enter in bookings for customers
* Working as part of a supportive, friendly team
