The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail‐oriented Paraplanner to join our advice team and support the delivery of tailored financial strategies to our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with Advisers and support staff to prepare advice documents, assist with strategy research, and coordinate implementation requirements across a broad range of financial planning areas.
This position would suit someone who enjoys technical work, thrives in a team environment, and is looking to further develop their career within a modern and growing advice business.
Responsibilities
* Prepare compliant advice documentation including SOAs, ROAs, and client correspondence
* Assist advisers with strategy modelling and research across superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement planning
* Manage implementation tasks including applications, rollovers, withdrawals, and insurance administration
* Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
* Liaise with platforms, product providers, and insurers to progress client matters efficiently
* Support the preparation of annual review documentation and portfolio analysis
* Ensure all work meets internal compliance standards and regulatory obligations
* Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency initiatives
* Provide support to advisers and the broader operations team where required
About You
* Previous paraplanning or financial services experience preferred but not necessary
* Strong written communication and attention to detail
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning systems
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
* Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
