The Opportunity
In this exciting role, you will report into the Head of Transformation & Business Improvement, and will be at the forefront of our vision to elevate Primary Connect+ through a major program of improvements that will shape our team’s future.
You will be responsible for tracking, governing and supporting transformational activities & execution of the PC+ projects and initiatives Utilising your leadership, great communication skills, you will work hand-in-hand with the Primary Connect+ Leadership team, coordinate cross-functional teams providing strategic guidance.
This isn't just about making improvements; it's about securing our position in a rapidly evolving landscape, from systems and processes to our talented teams.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
8. Development and successful implementation of the Transformation Plan and change activities
9. Define and embed success metrics and ROI outcomes
10. Support efforts to drive alignment across the Primary Connect business on key transformation aspects such as vision, transformation plan and value priorities.
11. Provide coaching and mentoring to the Primary Connect+ business & team members on embedding new ways of working and cultural change
12. Develop relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders, working with them to directly impact and transform the business.
13. Collaboratively work with business and digital technology partners to translate business problems into technological solutions.
14. Control governance for changes and resource allocation
15. Provide visibility and manage impacts across related activities and programs beyond Primary Connect
16. Issue escalation and resolution
About you
You are a motivated and pragmatic strategic problem-solver who is passionate about customers and improving the customer & team experience. You have a strong customer-centric mentality, a highly collaborative working style and a can-do attitude as well as a strong ability to influence customer 1st outcomes with a broad range of stakeholders.
You will also have:
17. Transformation - A creative and pragmatic person who is confident turning strategies into executable programs/initiatives that will land effectively into supply chain environments and support offices
18. Program Management and Governance experience - You excel in program management and governance, ensuring smooth operations at every level
19. Change management experience enabling large scale change
20. Financial Savvy: Your strong financial acumen ensures wise decision-making and resource optimisation
21. Analytical - Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn analysis into clear and compelling customer narratives and strategies
22. Presentation skills - Comfortable presenting to all stakeholder levels
23. Digital innovation and/or strategic development experience
