What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Store Design Planning Manager, you will be responsible for :
Store Design and Planning
* Project Execution : Plans and executes store planning activities for new boutiques and renovations, ensuring Maison standards are met.
* Project Management : Maintains project budgets, design concepts, layouts, and schedules, while respecting timelines and providing local market feedback to ensure efficient project execution.
Network Maintenance
* Boutique Condition Management : Responsible for monitoring boutique conditions through regular visits, detailed checks, and reporting.
* Maintenance Coordination & Budgeting : Coordinates maintenance actions, monitors the maintenance budget, challenges quotations, and creates purchase orders.
Visual Merchandising
* VM Implementation & Coordination : Coordinates in-boutique VM implementation, including guidelines, zoning, and launches, while identifying improvement areas and sharing best practices.
* Standards Review & Support : Reviews boutique standards across Oceania and assists with reordering props, lighting, and VM tools.
