A leading construction company is seeking an experienced and skilled onsite project coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising all work carried out on allocated sites, directing progress of stages, and monitoring compliance with construction documents.
About the Job:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of construction workers, ensuring timely completion of projects
* Develop and implement project schedules, timelines, and budgets
* Maintain accurate records of project progress, including site reports, quality control checks, and safety audits
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
* Monitor and control expenses, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effectiveness
* Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
About You:
* Proven experience in construction management or a related field, preferably with a tertiary qualification in building and construction or a similar discipline
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Aptitude for project management, technical expertise, and attention to detail
* White card and excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
