You will use your extensive knowledge and experience along-side your data driven insights to advise, coach and make recommendations to senior leaders on a broad range of People areas and help turn strategy into action.

What You'll Be Doing

* Act as a credible, trusted advisor and thoughtful challenger to senior leaders bringing clarity and perspective
* Coach leaders to proactively identify workforce needs and address people challenges
* Co‐design people strategies that strengthen engagement, retention and ultimately improve client outcomes
* Lead and support change and transformation initiatives including structural reviews and role design with care and discipline
* Facilitate workforce planning, leadership alignment and capability‐building workshops that help leaders think systemically and act decisively
* Contribute meaningfully to People Function strategy, projects and continuous improvement agenda
* Collaborate closely with People Advisory and People & Performance teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end people solutions

What You'll Bring

* A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field (preferred), with extensive experience in an HR generalist role supporting senior leaders
* Strong operational knowledge of employment legislation, EAs, Modern Awards and NDIS compliance
* Proven ability to influence, coach and build trusted relationships with senior leaders
* Experience in advising leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
* Experience in change management including organisation design, job design and consultation
* Strong critical thinking, data-driven insights and problem-solving skills to navigate complex and ambiguous environments
* Experience working with unionised workforces is a must
* Passion for inclusive leadership, diversity, and belonging
