Clinical Excellence Leader
As a Clinical Excellence Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of clinical services and education within our organisation. You will lead a team of Allied Health and Clinical staff, working collaboratively with clients, their families, and the broader Home and Community Care team to embed best practice in the delivery of clinical services.
This involves leading and facilitating the implementation of clinical policies and practices throughout our services in the South Coast region. You will provide clinical expertise and advice, manage clinical risk, ensure quality assurance, and govern clinical standards. In this role, you will also be responsible for mentoring, educating, and advising local HACC teams on best practices and ensuring compliance with Aged Care standards and relevant legislation.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Nursing or Allied Health
* Current Australian Health Professional Registration Authority (AHPRA) or other relevant regulatory authority
* Well-developed understanding of contemporary Aged Care clinical practice and community-based service delivery
* Experience in Aged Care and/or Health environments
* Significant experience in mentoring and providing advice to teams and employees
* Ability to navigate and nurture teams through ambiguity and change
* Passion for social change and contributing to an organisation influencing vulnerable, at-risk, and disadvantaged members of the community
* Proficient in using multiple computer applications, as well as willingness to learn new systems/programs
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Current driver's license and access to comprehensively insured vehicle
