We’re on the hunt for an experienced and switched‑on Office Manager to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at The Station, our busy live music and events venue.
The details:
Hours: 9:30am – 2:30pm
What you’ll do:
- Handle administration, bookings, invoices and staff rosters to keep the team organised.
- Support event logistics and collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations.
Who you are:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
- Super‑organised, able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Friendly, reliable and solid communicator.
- Confident with Google Workspace, basic Xero functions, HR platforms and AI tools.
- Love live music, creativity and a community vibe.
