**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver comprehensive training programs for the Demolition Course, covering various aspects of demolition practices, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, incorporating a range of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and professional development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to demolition practices, incorporating them into course content as necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to continuously enhance the course curriculum and instructional methods.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that adheres to industry-specific safety protocols and standards.
- Provide guidance and support to students, assisting with career development and job placement opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Must hold Demolition Supervisor Qualifications
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- CPC30420 - CERTIFICATE III IN DEMOLITION as well
- Extensive experience in the field of demolition, with comprehensive knowledge of demolition practices, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in demolition or a related field.
- Previous experience in training and assessment, preferably in a vocational or technical education setting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students of varying skill levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using instructional technology and software for course delivery and assessments.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
