You’ll support students in developing essential technical skills in areas such as crown and bridge construction, ceramic work, and cast metal partial frameworks. Experience with CAD/CAM technologies and digital workflows is also highly regarded.This is a hands-on and rewarding role where you’ll design and deliver engaging training, using a variety of innovative teaching and assessment methods tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students. You'll also take the lead in developing learning resources and assessment tools that support excellence in delivery. By building strong connections with industry and key stakeholders, you'll ensure our programs remain relevant and impactful. Your collaborative approach and dedication to high-quality student support will also see you actively involved in course coordination and departmental initiatives that contribute to the success of both students and the wider faculty.The Successful Candidate Will Have:An approved degree, diploma or certificate in a relevant vocational area, or approved equivalent qualifications, at least to the level being delivered and assessed; andCertificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE 40122 or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications.Current licences necessary to practice or registration and/or membership of a relevant industry association if applicable.Demonstrated ability to research and develop appropriate teaching materials, resources and methods of assessment based on the Principles of Assessment and Rules of Evidence, including the ability to adapt delivery and assessment to meet student needs.Desirable skills and experience (preferable):Experience teaching or training in a VET or higher education setting.Ability to deliver units involving Crown and Bridge construction, ceramic work, and cast metal partial frameworksExperience with CAD/CAM delivery and contemporary digital dental technologies, including digital workflows and 3D printing.About Holmesglen:Holmesglen is aleading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry and the community.
