Junior Contract Administrator / Senior Administrator
Are you an experienced Administrator or Junior Contract Administrator looking for your next opportunity in the commercial construction industry?
Our client, a well-regarded construction company based at Melbourne Airport, is seeking immediate support due to a reduction in current CA capacity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy and varied role where your skills will make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Managing and reviewing variations
- Preparing and typing contract templates
- Handling data entry and project documentation
- Supporting with construction insurances and liability requirements
About You
- Experience in commercial construction is essential
- Strong administration background – either as a Senior Administrator or Junior CA
- Knowledge of construction insurances and limits of liability
- High attention to detail with solid organisational skills
- Confident with systems, data entry, and reporting
