Exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead a new cooling division in modern facility. Your new company Our client is an established and respected provider within the heavy industrial and engineering sector, known for delivering high-quality solutions to mining and industrial operations.
With continued growth, they are expanding their capabilities and opening a brand-new, modern workshop in Paget, offering a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within their specialised cooling (radiator) division. Your new role Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality output.
Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and leading workshop staff Coordinating workflow and job scheduling
Ensuring all work is completed to quality and safety standards Providing technical guidance and support to the team Liaising with internal teams and clients as required
Monitoring productivity and driving continuous improvements Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor Background in mining, heavy industrial, or engineering environments Diesel or mechanical trade qualification
Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively Commitment to safety and quality standards
