* Key Responsibilities:
* Build lasting relationships with local employers through effective communication, negotiation, and partnership-building strategies.
* Work closely with participants to understand their needs, address challenges, and develop personalized employment plans.
* Identify and match participants to suitable roles, supporting them throughout recruitment, placement, and post-placement care processes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, aligned with contractual and organisational standards.
* Meet performance targets and key performance indicators related to placements, customer satisfaction, and business development.
About You
We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in employment services, recruitment, training, or community services.
Strong stakeholder management skills and an understanding of employer needs and the local labour market are essential for success in this role.
