About This Opportunity

This role is central to ensuring regional and rural communities across Australia experience reliable and high-speed connectivity. As the General Manager Fixed Wireless Engineering, you will lead the end-to-end performance, capacity planning, and delivery of nbn's Fixed Wireless Network that enables exceptional customer experience.



Key Responsibilities

* Lead the team with a world-class fixed wireless 5 G capable network through a period of transition, bringing clarity, stability, and renewed energy.
* Collaborate across the business, with vendors, delivery partners, customers and internal stakeholders, to elevate the visibility and perception of Fixed Wireless.



Requirements

* A confident and compassionate leader with deep experience in wireless network.
* A strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence, communicate, and lead with empathy.
