Change Manager - Workplace Transformation (Flexi-Desking Rollout)

This is a contract opportunity ending on 30th of September 2026. Based in Leederville. Monday to Friday, Full Time. 38 hours per week.
About the Opportunity
Working closely with the Project Manager, this role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful rollout of a modern workplace model. You will be responsible for supporting staff through the transition, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in adopting new ways of working.
This position sits at the intersection of facilities, workplace experience, and organisational change, helping to embed new workplace practices while maintaining operational readiness across people, technology and the physical environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Management Plan for the Flexi-Desking rollout.
* Conduct change impact assessments across teams and business units.
* Identify risks, barriers and staff concerns, and design proactive mitigation strategies.
* Develop clear and supportive communication materials including FAQs, updates and guidance resources.
* Facilitate workshops, team briefings and engagement sessions to support change readiness.
* Champion a people-first approach, ensuring staff feel supported throughout the transition.
* Coordinate readiness activities including workspace orientation, booking systems, storage and workplace etiquette.
* Develop practical training resources and guides for staff and leaders.
* Deliver training sessions on new systems, workplace tools and processes.
* Work closely with Facilities, ICT and the project team to support a smooth transition.
* Monitor early adoption and identify improvement opportunities.
About You
You are an experienced Change Manager or Workplace Transformation professional who thrives in people-focused environments and understands how to guide organisations through meaningful workplace change.
Experience
* Demonstrated experience delivering change initiatives, workplace transformation or facilities-related programs.
* Experience implementing modern workplace concepts such as activity-based working, flexi-desking or hybrid work environments.
* Experience supporting change across operational or corporate environments.
