The Role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* To manage store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and visual merchandising
* To maintain high standards of store appearance and ensure that all areas of the store are clean and tidy
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* High school diploma or equivalent required

Please note that this is a part-time position, requiring a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
