Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Site Operator to join our Goondiwindi team. This is a hands-on role, supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and packing site, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely, including pre-start checks.
- Participate in site operations, hazard identification, and safety meetings.
- Handle and store commodities in line with company standards.
- Complete administration and documentation as required.
- Maintain site cleanliness and presentation.
- Supervise and guide casual employees when needed.
- Work overtime and weekends during peak periods.
Experience / Qualifications
- Forklift licence (essential).
- Truck licence (highly regarded).
- Experience operating forklifts and/or heavy machinery.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
- A proactive, safety-first mindset and willingness to undertake training.
