Specialist Inventory and Cataloguing
Greenbushes Lithium Operation
9 month Maximum-Term Contract

About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager - Operational Readiness, the successful candidate will review, amend, and optimise the inventory and cataloguing of fixed plant materials and equipment spares as part of the Operational Readiness activities for the CGP3 (Chemical Grade Plant #3) expansion project.
Responsibilities include:
1. Review vendor supplied documentation and collate with existing systems;
2. Verify existing material catalogued and cross reference with Manufacturer Equipment List;
3. Implement optimisation and catalogue materials;
4. Populate authorisation for new stock items;
5. Review inventory MRP settings in SAP including min/max and material criticality assessments;
6. Manage inventory databases and update records as needed;
7. Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and alternatives;
8. Implement and maintain a computerised inventory management system, generate reports, and provide analysis to management;
9. Monitor and manage inventory turnover rates to minimise obsolescence;
10. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to forecast spare parts requirements;
11. Manage bill of materials for safety and production criticality;
12. Strategically create and enhance processes and procedures for supply and inventory management.
About the Candidate:
* Previous experience as materials planner, cataloguer, inventory or supply chain professional;
* Diploma or Tertiary Education in Business, Engineering, or Information & Technology (preferred);
* Minimum 5 years in a similar role managing ERP Solutions;
* Previous SAP experience, preferably S4HANA;
* Experience in Supply Chain and Inventory management;
* Intermediate experience with Materials Cataloguing systems;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Knowledge of inwards Supply Chain and Materials Management;
* Subject matter expert in cataloguing and inventory processes.
