We are engaged exclusively to discuss this strategic, succession planning hire for anational architecture and design consultancy based in Australia with studio network across APAC.
Work across architecture, interior design, and urban/masterplanning, projects range from:
* High-rise apartments and residential developments
* Commercial buildings and mixed-use precincts
* Hotels and hospitality spaces
* Education, healthcare, and infrastructure projects
The Principal is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the practice at a higher level, bridging the gap between Senior Associates and Directors. This senior leadership role involves securing high-profile projects, ensuring profitable delivery, and maintaining exceptional levels of client satisfaction.
The Principal will provide input into strategic direction, mentor senior team members, manage resources, and ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
The Principal will possess extensive knowledge in their area of expertise and have strong industry connections and established client relationships. In addition to playing an active role in business development, project oversight, and staff development, they will also ensure that the firm's design philosophy, financial goals, and project standards are consistently met.
