**Job Description**:
**What will a day in this role look like**:
As an Associate Director, you will be instrumental in enabling and growing the team. You will collaborate to deliver projects, develop proposals, and deliver on client expectations. As an active and experienced engineer in the sector, your experience with whole of life cycle project experience on renewable energy projects, including wind and solar farm developments, will be key to your success in this role.
**Qualifications**:

**On Your First Day we expect you to bring to the team**:
- 10+ years' demonstrated consulting experience in the Renewable Energy industry working with asset owners, developers, suppliers, or power utilities
- An excellent understanding of large-scale power project development and grid connection process in Australia
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Renewable Energy, Electrical or Mechanical ideal)
