Position Overview
We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead the business development and new customer acquisition efforts for Movus, our newly acquired entity, across Australia & New Zealand (ANZ). This role focuses on top-of-the-funnel activities such as lead generation, content distribution, SEO, and regional marketing campaigns aimed at creating growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic marketer who thrives in a quick-paced environment and can design and execute localized marketing strategies aligned with both sales and global marketing goals. You will be a key member of the Global Marketing Team, directly impacting Infinite Uptime’s growth within key verticals including Metals & Mining, Chemicals, Tyres, Paper, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Development : Plan and execute targeted campaigns to acquire new customers and generate qualified leads.
- Regional Marketing Campaigns : Develop and manage content distribution across digital channels to engage prospects and drive conversions.
- Sales Alignment : Collaborate closely with sales teams to integrate marketing with revenue objectives and nurture prospects throughout the sales funnel.
- Event Management : Organize workshops, seminars, roundtables, and industry-specific events to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- SEO & Digital Optimization : Build and refine localized SEO strategies to expand online visibility in ANZ markets.
- Performance Tracking : Measure, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights to optimize ROI.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine regional tactics.
- Vertical Focused Marketing : Custom-tailor strategies for industries such as Steel, Cement, Aluminium, Pharma, and F&B; to address unique customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in business development, lead generation, or account-based marketing, preferably within Industrial IoT, AI, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and multi-channel lead generation.
- Event Marketing Experience: Proven success in organizing and executing technical/industry events.
- Analytical Mindset: Solid grasp of campaign tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Language: Strong fluency in English (verbal and written).
