Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with telephone inquiries and bookings.
* Communicating with patients on arrival and departure.
* Scheduling patient appointments.
* Manage patient invoicing and receipting.
* scanning and data entry into Medical software.
* Other administrative duties as requested.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* High level of attention to detail.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality always.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
* Previous reception work in a medical practice would be advantageous.
