We are currently recruiting for a Manager of Process to join our senior management team and lead our Process and Studies Group. Reporting to the General Manager – Engineering, you will be responsible for developing your team and ensuring delivery of all design products in accordance with project requirements and company procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership to the Process and Studies Group.
* Review and approve process designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
* Allocate resources to projects and studies.
* Ensure the professional development of your team.
* Forecast resources and recruit Process Engineers as required.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
What You 'Can Do'
* Bachelor of Chemical, Metallurgical or Minerals Processing Engineering.
* 15+ years' engineering experience within the minerals processing sector.
* Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) membership or equivalent (desirable).
* Previous experience in leadership or management roles.
* Expert technical knowledge of process engineering deliverables
* Solid understanding of statutory and industry regulations and HSE practices.
