Key Job functions
* Handle guest inquires that come through via Phone, email or walk ins in a professional and consistent manner
* Interpret parts
* Carry out invoicing for guest orders and appropriate payment taken
* Co ordinating dispatch and transportation of parts orders for guests
* Identify parts and components in the parts system for guests and the service department
* Delivery of parts to local trade and account customers
* Building collaborative relationships with the dealership and the local community
Selection Criteria
* Self-motivated with an ambition to succeed
* Current NSW Divers License (Manual is an advantage)
* Able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Work and Excel
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Can work independently
* Positive attitude and compliance with Work Place Health and Safety standards
