Our team seeks an exceptional leader to serve as a Senior Kitchen Operations Manager. This key role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial kitchen, ensuring seamless execution and excellent food quality.
Responsibilities
* Certification in Commercial Cookery is essential for this position.
* Familiarity with Food Safety standards is necessary.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent leadership role is required.
* The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills and a solid understanding of food safety protocols.
* Positive leadership skills are crucial for guiding and mentoring a young and dynamic kitchen team.
In addition to overseeing daily kitchen operations, the ideal candidate will be able to assist with menu development, support senior leadership, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
