Office in the best location - Malvern East (1.5km from Chadstone Shopping Center!)
What you’ll do
* Plan and coordinate expos, info sessions and community activations
* Build and manage referral relationships with aged care and community partners
* Create and coordinate social media content that supports lead generation and conversion
* Own the coordination of leads from events, campaigns and partnerships
* Work closely with sales and operations to track enquiries through the full journey
* Follow up campaigns, events and referrals to ensure no leads fall through the cracks
* Support CRM updates, reporting and performance tracking
* Assist with website updates, service pages and campaign launches
* Analyse what’s working, refine strategies and help scale what convert
What we need from you
* PASSION for people, healthcare and making real impact
* PASSION for curiosity, growth and continuous learning
* A natural communicator who builds trust easily
* A sharp, analytical mind with working knowledge of Meta and Google Analytics
* Strong instincts for social media, trends and what actually performs
* Hands-on skills in Canva or Adobe to bring ideas to life
* A formal marketing qualification highly regarded.
