With a proven track record delivering landmark Perth projects, including major hotels, precinct redevelopments, hospitals, defence facilities, and large‑scale data centres, they continue to grow steadily and maintain an exceptional reputation for quality and client relationships.
They are now seeking a Senior Project Engineer to take a lead technical and delivery role on their $150M Modular Social/Affordable Housing manufacturing facility (NOR), as well as other high‑profile commercial and healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of high‑profile projects, ensuring technical accuracy, budgets, and schedules
* Mentor and guide junior engineers and project teams
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve complex technical challenges
* Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, and commercial standards
Key Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* Extensive experience as a Senior Project Engineer on $50M+ commercial projects
* Previous experience in healthcare, modular housing, or complex commercial builds preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
* Experience with main contractor processes and systems
* Permanent residency or full Australian working rights
