At Castlery, we design modern furniture for the way people live today. As we grow our retail presence in Australia, we're looking for a commercially driven Lead Specialist, Trade Sales to lead showroom marketing initiatives and drive footfall, brand awareness, and sales performance.
What You'll Do
* Own and grow Castlery's Trade business in Australia, driving lead generation, partner acquisition, and repeat sales.
* Build meaningful relationships with trade partners including interior designers, stylists, architects, developers, and commercial clients.
* Proactively identify and approach current trade opportunities through outreach, referrals, events, and networking.
* Plan and host trade events, showroom activations, and community initiatives that bring the brand closer to the design community.
* Create and execute trade EDMs and partner communications to drive engagement and conversion.
* Build and maintain a solid trade sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities and partnering closely with the showroom team to support lead conversion, in-store hosting, and relationship building with trade partners.
* Share market insights and customer feedback to help shape how Castlery grows its Trade offering in Australia.
What You'll Bring
* 5 years of experience in B2B sales, trade sales, account management, partnerships, or business development.
* A robust track record of generating leads, opening doors, and converting opportunities into commercial outcomes.
* Confidence building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
* Strong understanding of the Australia market, with the ability to work independently and build local networks.
