About the Role

Empower individuals with disabilities to achieve sustainable employment by leveraging your exceptional skills and experience as an Employment Consultant.

You will work closely with people with disabilities, guiding, supporting, and motivating them on their journey to employment. Develop strong relationships with employers and support organizations to create opportunities for participants.

* Utilize a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment.
* Develop positive partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities for participants.
* Enhance employability through referrals to support services and training.
* Provide in-employment support to sustain employment.
* Market participants' skills to prospective employers.
* Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records, adhering to compliance requirements.
* Participate actively in the local community to promote services.


Key Responsibilities:

The following are some of the key responsibilities you will undertake as an Employment Consultant:

* Tailor services and support to meet individual needs.
* Develop and maintain positive employer relationships.
* Enhance employability through referrals and training.
* Sustain employment through in-employment support.
* Market participants' skills to employers.
* Meet program performance and quality benchmarks.
* Manage records and adhere to compliance requirements.
* Promote services within the community.
