This is what you will be doing and delivering
Production
Picking: Harvesting produce in line with colour and quality standards
Packing: Preparing and packing produce to meet customer specifications
General additional tasks: May include cleaning, machinery operation, and more
Crop Care
Pruning, clipping, and layering plants to support healthy growth and fruit quality
Assisting with pollination and de-leafing for optimal crop development
Supporting crop changeover, pest/disease identification, and other glasshouse tasks
What you will bring to the role
A strong work ethic and reliability.
Be physically fit and have the ability to complete hands-on, repetitive tasks.
Able to follow workplace procedures and instructions.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
Flexibility to work across different tasks (picking, packing, crop care) as required.
A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
