About the Role:
* Lead and motivate a small warehouse team to execute daily operations efficiently
* Schedule and coordinate MR truck deliveries for the afternoon shift
* Pick, pack, and manage stock with accuracy and speed
* Oversee stocktakes, inventory accuracy, and stock rotation
* Receive, break down, and replenish incoming stock
* Operate forklifts (high reach experience highly regarded)
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
* Drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations
What We're Looking For:
* Strong leadership skills with a "lead-from-the-front" attitude
* Experience coordinating teams in a warehouse or logistics setting
* Minimum 3+ years warehouse/logistics experience
* Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
* MR Truck Licence (preferential)
* Experience in cold or freezer environments (preferred)
* Reliable transport and flexibility for afternoon shift hours
* Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
* Australian citizen or permanent resident
