We have a permanent full‐time position available within our Home and Community Support Services team, providing in‐home personal care to clients across our South region covering suburbs including Aspendale, Edithvale, Chelsea, Bonbeach, Patterson Lakes, Carrum, Seaford, Frankston North, Carrum Downs, Skye, Frankston & Langwarrin.
About The Role
Our Home Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:
* Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
* Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
* Engaging in social activities as required.
* Domestic assistance / housework.

Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
* Own vehicle
* Australian Driver licence
* First Aid & CPR
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
* Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
* Fluency in a second language will be highly regarded
