Job Description
As a FileNet Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying FileNet solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FileNet P8 CE & PE, FileNet Content Federation Services, IBM Enterprise Records Manager, and Good Java programming.
You will be expected to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and outstanding analytical skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* 4+ years of IT industry experience
* 4+ Years experience in IBM Records Manager, Filenet as a Developer, Designer and as Architect
* Single handedly capable of defining a Road Map for a client in ECM Filenet solution
* Should be able to work on Records Management, Strong exposure in Archival, Retrieval
* Working exp in Agile methodology

Participate in design meetings and design decisions.
Develop Java/J2EE based components to integrate with Case Manager and /or FileNet.
Develop System Monitoring tools.
Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
Work on Estimation and sizing for new proposals
Should be ready to travel as needed
