As our Communications Executive you will be responsible for delivering high-quality content and supporting the Institute's communications, media and PR strategy. You work independently and collaboratively across all organisational teams to create, edit, and publish communications across multiple platforms, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with the Institute's mission. You manage small projects and contribute to campaigns that enhance the Institute's reputation and engagement, positioning the Institute as a leader in medical research within our new home ground, the Minderoo Children's Comprehensive Cancer Centre.
You will work with families, children and clinicians alongside managing third party agencies to deliver impactful media and PR.
To succeed you will have:
* 4+ years' experience in communications, public relations, or related field.
* Demonstrated ability to create and deliver high-quality communications content.
* Strong writing, editing, and digital communications skills.
* Experience with media relations and stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to manage small projects and conflicting deadlines.
* Experience in analysing communications performance.
