Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Neuropsychologist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Psychology Service, you will deliver high-level evidence-based neuropsychological and psychological services within a collaborative multidisciplinary framework.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating patients with suspected brain injuries, neurological disorders, and/or neuropsychological impairments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participating in quality activities and research related to Neuropsychology, including actively implementing evidence-based practice for improved client outcomes
2. Providing clinical supervision to psychologists/neuropsychologists on placement from post-graduate clinical training programs and other psychologists as required
3. Contributing a high level of neuropsychological consultation and ethical decision-making in the achievement of organisational goals
Qualifications
* Tertiary degree in Psychology (or equivalent)
* Possession of post-graduate qualification/s
* Registration with AHPRA
* Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
* Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
* Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
* Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees
