**Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Coordinating the administrative aspects involved with participants as directed by the Directors
- Direct administrative support to CEO and Service Manager including recording meeting minutes, case conference attendance, intakes and documentation.
- Perform tasks of a sensitive nature including the provision of documentation and routine information
- Provide reception support services as needed

- Working collaboratively as a member of a team, appropriately responding to and integrating feedback and guidance from mentors and supervisors.
**The Successful Applicate will have**:
- Experience and knowledge of the NDIS desirable but not essential
- Mental Health or Disability related knowledge desirable
- Excellent computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office programs and client management systems
- High level of accuracy and strong time management skills
- Working With Children Check and Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- Experience not required for the right applicant

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
