About the Role We're looking for an AO3 Communication Officer to join a dynamic team on a full-time temporary basis. This role provides essential support in delivering clear, engaging communications and assisting with stakeholder engagement for various projects.
What You Will Be Doing
* Drafting and editing high-quality communications such as correspondence, flyers, social media posts, and web content.
* Updating and maintaining project webpages and analytics reports.
* Managing correspondence trackers and sourcing stakeholder details for consultation systems.
* Responding to low-level stakeholder enquiries and 1800 phone calls.
* Assisting with stakeholder meetings and supporting engagement activities across planning and construction phases.
What You Need to Bring
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, professional content.
* Experience creating and updating web pages and social media content.
* Ability to manage administrative tasks such as tracking correspondence and maintaining stakeholder databases.
* Confidence in engaging with stakeholders on low-risk matters.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Points For
* Previous experience in communications or stakeholder engagement roles.
* Familiarity with consultation management systems or similar tools.
* Understanding of accessibility standards for web content.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
