This position qualifies for an annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (conditions apply and may be pro-rata'd to your contracted or ordinary working hours, paid on a fortnightly basis) under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.
This scheme recognizes the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements to attract and retain staff in these areas.

Application Process
To be considered, please thoroughly address the selection criteria in your application:
* Current nursing/midwifery registration with AHPRA.
* Willingness to complete postgraduate or Graduate Certificate in Critical Care/Emergency Care within two years.
* Application of professional and ethical boundaries in patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
* Use of evidence-based practice and critical thinking for patient care.
* Effective interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
* Commitment to working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families.
* Participation in professional development and willingness to share expertise.
* Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel and undertake nursing duties in remote facilities for up to 12 weeks per year.
