Job Description
The Maintenance Manager will lead a multi-discipline team of maintenance specialists in our precision manufacturing environment. This critical role ensures optimal equipment performance, minimizes downtime, and fosters a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
* Lead and mentor the maintenance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues to maintain operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and prioritize key tasks.
* Drive health, safety, and environmental procedures in all maintenance activities.
Your Qualifications
* A trade qualification (preferably mechanical or electrical).
* 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance leadership/supervisory role.
* Proven experience managing maintenance systems for complex machinery.
* Experience driving preventative maintenance programs and delivering improvements to a maintenance function.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
Work Environment
This permanent full-time position is based at our Western Sydney facility.
