**Salary package**: $71,854 - $77,739 (pro rata) per annum plus 17% superannuation

**Position overview**
Part of the dramatic improvements being made across the Services Portfolio, is the creation of the cross-divisional Provisioning Team. This team is located within the Division of Shared Services but works collaboratively across, Facilities & Services, Information Technology and Finance & Business Services to improve customer experience and to increase efficiencies as they relate to the onboarding of new staff to the University and the movement of current ANU staff.
The Provisioning Assistant will work as part of the wider Provisioning Team to provide customer service and administrative support for staff with a focus on improving the customer experience and increasing efficiencies as they relate to the on-boarding, off-boarding and internal movement of ANU staff members
We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage competing priorities and experience in providing timely and accurate advice and support across a range of stakeholders is essential. Background in IT / HR is an added advantage.
