We're a dedicated, hard-working team spread across Australia, New Zealand and Canada, and we're looking for a Digital Project Manager with experience in visual communications, 3D media and/or web production. This is a fully remote role, so you can be based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand with occasional travel for team events and projects as required.

--- The Gig ---
You'll be the glue between our clients, designers, developers, 3D artists and leadership team, ensuring every product is delivered with clarity, quality and calm professionalism. This isn't a role where you're buried in spreadsheets all day; it's hands-on, dynamic, and client-facing.
You'll take the lead from project kickoff through to final delivery, ensuring the right information flows clearly and efficiently to the production team. Your job is to keep projects on track, on budget, and aligned with client expectations. Using our established processes, you'll manage schedules, coordinate data and inputs, liaise directly with clients, and maintain strong communication at every stage.
Whilst no two days are the same, a day in the life of a Project Manager can involve:
· Managing a variety of digital projects from kick-off through to final delivery.
· Leading project meetings, setting and maintaining client expectations, scheduling deliverables, and collaborating closely with our production team to ensure high-quality, profitable outcomes.
· Coordinating invoicing and billing in line with agreed project milestones.
· Building strong, lasting relationships with existing clients that lead to ongoing and future opportunities.
· Supporting account managers and business development managers with scoping, budgeting, and writing proposals.
To be the chosen candidate for this role you will ideally demonstrate:
· Exceptional communication skills, acting as the main liaison between two very different worlds: clients and the production team.
* A strong track record in digital project management or digital media production—ideally including experience with 3D visualisation and/or custom web development.
· Outstanding attention to detail—because in our world, the small things often make the biggest impact
· Excellent time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple competing demands under pressure
* A growth mindset and adaptability as our business continues to expand and diversify.
* Creative problem-solving abilities paired with solid commercial judgment.
* Technical competency to confidently manage modern digital production workflows.
* Strong written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Slack, plus experience with CRM or sales platforms.
Bonus Points:
· Knowledge of infrastructure, planning, engineering, transport, energy, aviation or construction projects
· Experience with community engagement, digital engagement, or public consultation workflows
· Experience working in an agency, consulting, or creative studio environment
· Experience with Adobe suite, Figma
· Experience working with or within the public/government sector
· Understanding of UX/UI principles and modern web design practices.
· Comfort or experience presenting or workshopping ideas with clients.
