You will lead a committed kitchen team and set the standard for food quality, consistency, and service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily kitchen operations
Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff at all levels
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Plan menus with a focus on consistency, cost control, and customer satisfaction
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Take an active, hands-on role in food preparation and service
Ensure full compliance with food safety, workplace health, and hygiene standards
Control food costs and minimise waste
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Reliable, level-headed, and professional under pressure
A practical, hands-on leadership style
