Business Development Manager
The role involves overseeing branch sales targets through the implementation of key strategies associated with the expansion of a brand within Australia. This includes working closely with customers, such as end-users, mechanical contractors, and builders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship management, existing system equipment lifecycle / asset management.
* Solution / consultative selling as well as understanding and tracking End User investment / expansion strategies.
* Estimate and provide professional submissions.
* Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions / product sales.
* Provide total BMCS, MSI, system solutions, promoting capabilities and extensive product range.
* Continue to build strong relationships with new and potential client base.
* Provide regular updates to General Manager with client and industry feedback.
Requirements:
* Experience within a similar role.
* Previous experience with estimating and providing submissions.
* Knowledge of Building automation technologies and designs.
* Experience leading a sales team and proven success within previous sales role.
* Ability to develop and implement budgets.
* Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to sell and develop commercial contracts.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
