Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager focused on Go-to-Market and Experience, where you'll lead strategic delivery initiatives and shape exceptional outcomes for bankers, brokers, and customers.
What's the role?
In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end delivery projects, guiding cross-functional teams and providing leadership to other product managers.
You'll engage a wide range of stakeholders to achieve objectives, build and execute strategic delivery roadmaps, and manage backlogs to ensure priorities align with business goals.
Your work will include operational support for campaigns, representing the voice of the customer to eliminate friction points, and ensuring risk and compliance standards are met across product changes and collateral.
You'll also monitor performance against product OKRs and provide insightful reporting to the Service Owner and Head of Product, driving continuous improvement and customer advocacy.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney, offering the opportunity to work across high-impact projects with autonomy and influence.
What do I need?
We're looking for someone who brings:
* Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery projects and managing backlogs.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence across diverse teams.
* Strategic thinking with experience building and delivering roadmaps and business cases.
* Understanding of risk and compliance requirements in product delivery.
* A customer-first mindset with a passion for improving experiences and outcomes.
