They're known for operating with strong governance, clear delivery frameworks, and a focus on quality outcomes—typically partnering on long‐term, mission‐critical initiatives where structure and accountability are essential.

Their work sits at the intersection of business transformation, information management and enterprise platforms, with consultants expected to contribute commercially as well as from a delivery perspective.

About the role

This role sits firmly in the business consulting layer of delivery—bridging business needs, solution design and execution.

You will work across multiple engagements, leading business design and ensuring solutions are aligned to both organisational objectives and platform capability. This is a hands‐on consulting role where you're expected to guide outcomes, not just document them.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading stakeholder workshops across complex, multi‐layered environments
• Driving end‐to‐end requirements analysis and business design
• Owning solution documentation and shaping how platforms are configured
• Translating business needs into practical, scalable outcomes
• Supporting testing phases including UAT, SIT and integration
• Contributing to data migration and business readiness activities
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Supporting early‐stage engagements including bids and solution scoping

The successful candidate

You're a commercially aware consultant who enjoys working in structured environments and can confidently operate with senior stakeholders.

You bring a balance of business thinking, delivery focus and solution awareness.

• Active NV1 Security Clearance (non‐negotiable)
• Strong consulting experience within government, enterprise or regulated environments
• Proven ability to lead workshops and manage competing stakeholder priorities
• Experience across requirements analysis, business design and solution shaping
• Exposure to platform‐based delivery (SaaS / enterprise systems)
• Understanding of cloud environments (Azure / AWS beneficial)
• Experience supporting testing and implementation phases
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Exposure to data migration, process modelling or structured methodologies
