Recruitment consultant - early childhood and (sunshine)

Recruit and support new employees working with children and families.

Hybrid working model up to 3 days work from home per week. New office space and great team culture.

The Early Education and Care (ECE) sector is facing a workforce crisis. This means children and families are missing out on critical support in the early years, particularly in vulnerable communities.

We are looking for a "people person". Someone who understands the unique challenges of working with children and families, and what employees need to feel valued and supported.

This role will include

• Working with service managers to creatively find recruitment solutions in remote areas
• Completing regular care calls with recent starters, referring them to our additional support and training resources where required
