Cavalier Homes Goulburn Valley is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Part time Finance/Accounts/Administrator to join our existing finance team to perform a wide range of Accounting and Administrative duties. This newly created position has become available due the continued growth of the Company and related entities that the current Finance team manage.

Days & Hours on offer: Permanent Part-time - 3 days per week 9am to 3pm

Key Responsibilities and duties:
Support the Finance Team with a wide range of finance, bookkeeping, reporting and administrative duties as required.
Maintain multiple Xero files - Start to end coding including Invoicing, receipting, exporting batch payments and reconciliations.
Be responsible for the Management and monitoring of rental properties.
Perform regular reconciliations for accounts, bank statements and credit cards.
Assist Finance team with Management reporting.
Maintain and manage the Company's Asset Register.
Support back up for Payroll processing (Xero).
Work with Accounts Payable to get accurate figures for stock allocations and process journals.
Current Software in use: Databuild, Xero, Companion, Evolve, Class (Superannuation software), Evolve
Skills and experience required:
3-4 Years experience in a finance bookkeeping or an accounting role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - ability to manage and manipulate data, create financial reports and utilise advance functions.
Strong understanding of General ledger operations and financial reporting.
Experience with reconciliations through to Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
Ability to adapt to different entities and business environments.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
Flexible and self-motivated with a pro-active approach.
Software experience:
Class - Superannuation software Program (desirable)
Databuild (desirable but not a requirement)
