What You'll Do
* Drive Performance: Lead the Inventory and Demand Planning team to deliver accurate forecasts, optimal inventory levels, and seamless customer experiences.
* Lead with Vision: Translate strategy into action, inspire your team, and foster a culture of accountability, energy, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate for Success: Partner with global supply chain, sales, and key accounts to align plans and deliver market growth.
* Innovate & Improve: Champion integrated business planning and leverage data-driven insights to enhance forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
* A proven leader with experience in demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain strategy.
* Industry experience in appliances or a closely related sector (consumer electronics, FMCG, or adjacent industries) is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills and a passion for driving results.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A natural coach who builds capability and motivates teams to excel.
