The Role
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Regularly clean communal facilities, including public ablutions, ensuring high hygiene standards and reporting any maintenance issues.
Assist with linen upkeep and replenish cleaning supplies.
Assist with guest accommodation cleaning as required.
Interact with guests professionally, addressing cleanliness-related enquiries.
Follow health and safety regulations.
Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure consistent cleanliness and service.
What we're looking for
A housekeeper dedicated to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and who takes pride in providing exceptional service:
Previous experience in a housekeeping role or commercial cleaning capacity.
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Excellent time management skills.
Flexibility to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Enthusiastic with the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
